All construction is contracted directly between the customer and Elkins Build Group, a licensed California contractor (CSLB), which performs the work and is accountable for safety, quality, and schedule. ADU2Me provides sales, design coordination, and the SIP package, and receives a referral fee on ADU2Me-sourced builds under a written Brand & Referral Agreement. ADU2Me does not perform construction, does not sign construction contracts, and is not a licensed contractor.
