Your ADU in 5 Steps
STEP 1
Choose Your Package
Start by selecting the design that fits your lot and goals. We offer four factory-engineered layouts — from the 395 sq ft Capistrano studio up to the 1,200 sq ft Rancho three-bedroom. Each is designed to meet California ADU regulations and can be sited on most standard lots.

Get a Quote & Confirm Your Order
We’ll quote your SIPs package plus freight to your site. Freight is calculated based on your delivery location — we serve all of California, with a focus on Southern California.
Once you’re ready, we confirm your order and begin coordinating with our factory partner Premier SIPS to cut your panels to your design’s exact specifications.

Factory Fabrication
Your panels are precision-cut at the factory by Premier SIPS — one of the leading SIP manufacturers in North America. Every wall and roof panel is engineered to your design, with insulation integrated and spline connections pre-cut. There’s no guesswork on your job site.
Fabrication time varies by design and factory schedule — we’ll give you a lead time estimate at quote stage.
Delivery to Your Site
Your complete SIPs package ships flat on a freight truck directly to your lot. Panels are labeled and sequenced for assembly. You’ll receive your package with full assembly drawings so your crew knows exactly what goes where.
Plan for a flat, accessible delivery area — panels are large and arrive on a standard flatbed.

Assemble Your Shell
Most ADU2Me shells go up in a single day. SIPs panels connect with splines and hardware included in your package — no field cutting, no guessing. A small experienced crew can stand your complete thermal envelope in one day, ready for roofing, siding, windows, doors, and interior work.
Need a crew? We hold a California GC license and can quote full build-out services — from shell assembly through move-in-ready finish.
