These terms govern your use of adu2me.com and the ADU2Me placement and feasibility tools.
Feasibility summaries, footprints, jurisdiction, zoning, and parcel information are generated from third-party data for general guidance only and are not a guarantee of buildability, permit approval, or final pricing. Actual project scope requires a site survey and permitting review.
ADU2Me provides sales, design coordination, and structural insulated panel packages. All construction is contracted directly between the customer and Elkins Build Group, a licensed California contractor. ADU2Me is not a licensed contractor and does not perform construction.
Prices shown are SIP-package starting prices and exclude foundation, site work, permits, utilities, and finishes unless expressly stated. Pricing is subject to change and confirmation.
